HESI Computer Issues

Anybody here have their computer freeze up on them after they finished the test? If so, were you able to still receive your scores and send them to the schools you were applying to?

I received my scores as I completed each section and at the end wanted to print them off so I had a hard copy but I did not see a print button. Asked the proctor to see if she knew. No luck there. Was navigating in the the score reports both sectionally and overall and it just froze with Server Connection problem in the title bar at the very top. Decided to exit the test. It gave me the "Next time you hit the Exit button, you will be exiting the test. Clicked OK. Clicked Exit again. Nothing happened. They gave me a Elsevier number to call and they said I could be receiving an e-mail or my Evolve account will update with the scores. Kind of worried I'll have to take it again which sucks because I'll be in a time crunch and have to scramble to take it again this week if that's the case.
