Hello. my name is Luca, I'm Italian and I am a student of nursing. I'm at my last year and I'm working on my thesis.I need help to realize my work. My objective is to find a team of British nurses, and a team of U.S. nurses for comparing protocols and experience for assistance . The thesis topic will be the care of patients with PTCA.I'm working on this argument. I hope to help me. Thanks

So you want input from American and Canadian nurses (we're not the same country- just share most of a continent :))???

Hi Luca
I´m on my way to finish my PhD, hopefully in November. Surely you have heard of King´s College London, it is the major training center for health care workers in Europe. They have a research center in my area (Midwifery), but I´m now aware of how it is the other fields.
Maybe you could take a look at their website: http://www.kcl.ac.uk
I spent 6 months there as part of my training, it was an amazing experience. There is an agreement between them and my Brazilian university (http://www.ee.usp.br). Maybe there is some similar program available in your university. What does your supervisor say about it? He or she should make the first contact with the other university (if you are in a post graduation program it is how it works, usually).
Good luck :)
