HELP!!!

Hey Guys I'm 20 years old and just got a job at Virginia Hospital Center and realize I want to become a Nurse!! I applied to nvcc 2 year nurse program and wanted to ask if my Gpa is alright but my gpa with the pre reqs are high and I score high on Teas test will I get in? Just meeting the requirements, will that get me in the program? Thank you

Also will working at a hospital increase my chance of getting in?

Yes and Maybe.

Could you give me a little more info hahaha

Could you give me some More if you don't mind?

You did not really provide specific data. All you said your GPA was alright/high and you scored high on TEAS. As far as that, I can say you have good chances of getting accepted. You also indicated you have some clinical experience. Some schools may look favorably at it, some will not care as much. It all depends on the school/s you have applied.

On a side note, how high is high that you scored? Is it high enough for the school you applied?

So my major was history and I took a bunch of history courses and my gpa Is 2.6 but I got a job a nurse assistant at a hospital took the pre Req and my gpa was 3.3 and I got a 85 on The teas is that good enough to get accepted to novas nursing school?

Like I stated before, your GPA and TEAS scores are fine. However, research the schools you would like to apply to and see what their minimum admissions requirements are in terms of GPA and TEAS scores.

This is sort of a meaningless question. Why? What a lot of people tend to forget is that minimum for acceptance doesn't guarantee acceptance. If there are a lot of people who scored better than you, they're going to be in line ahead of you.

The only person who can give you the answer is the school itself.
