i did finish my gnm in india its indian RN and right now i m at NJ and i have my ssn and greencard with me but i don't know do i have to give cgfns? and toefl?for RN license?

You need to look at your state nursing website (link can be found to nursing boards at the bottom of the page) and you need to follow instructions for foreign trained nurse. It will list there whether you need English exam and involvement of CGFNS
