help!

hello! i have a problem, i took my NClex exam last wed. oct 10, 2007 and i check my result last night(oct.12,07) thru quick result and i saw a word PAss..Does it mean that i passed the exam?why some of my friends ask me to check in BON website for my licensure number in which unfortunately i cant find it.. Are they always issue number right away after passing the exam? pls help me!

if you saw the words pass on the pearson-vue website, then it means that you have passed the nclex exam.

it is usually a few days before you will see your name on the website for the state that you tested for, depending on if the state issues a license without a ssn#. license issuing is also done manually, so not always immediate.

Hi! we're on the same boat. I recieved my result through snailmail then my name is also still not on NM site but I browsed thread here at allnurses and have read that it usually happens due to some reasons like background check and others.

Anyway, Congratulations to you and hope we see our name soon on their site. Take care & God Bless!

thanks ms zusanne!!! i just saw my name with my license number!!! thanks too that i found this site and be part of it coz it really help me a lot from first step of my application until i pass the exam...and hope to my future questions and inquiry!! i am proud to say that with out knowing all nurses site i would not be a us rn!!! thanks ms zusanne, lawrence and those who shared ideas and experiences!!!!
