I'm working on my BSN and have to interview a case manager. I'm having trouble getting any from my workplace to cooperate so I'm hoping one of you can answer my interview questions for me. You don't have to provide your name/place of work.

No one likes to be handed a list of questions to answer for any reason, especially another student's assignment. Case Managers in general are very busy at work. With that said, the best way to ask your current co-workers these questions is to request private interview and to stress to him/her that you will not take up more than 15 minutes of his/her time. Also, before the interview, answer some of these questions on your own and don't ask the interviewee those questions. For example, you can look up the job title, job description, and duties and responsibilities via HR postings for the organization that the CM works....
