I am freaking out.but then someone told me they got the fail answer with the trick but in reality they passed so I don't No what to think ...

There are many posts on the PVT in the NCLEX forum. Some were accurate, some were not. You will need to wait for official results. Until then, do something for you- you've spent all this time in school, then studying for the exam. It is now out of your hands until you know for sure what the result is. Go out and enjoy a hobby you haven't had time for. Meet friends/family that you haven't seen in a while for a dinner out. Get a massage. Read a book for fun. But don't obsess.

No action or prayer can change the score now. Just wait till you get an official score. You don't need help, you need patience
