Help Please

I am a British trained nurse with 10years experience. I had already applied to Florida BON before I found this site. (Wish I knew then what I know now) The CGFNS are completing my CES and I am patiently awaiting ATT.

I know of retrogression and the need for a SSN but what do I do now that I have applied to Florida. Do I continue with taking NCLEX or reapply else where. Do I continue and just reapply to Florida after my file expires?

If Florida is your destination then I would sit exam and if necessary apply for license in another state before your file expires unless they are willing to give you an extension. However if Florida is your destination and you applied to another state then you will have problems endorsing as now Florida are saying you need 2 years nursing experience in the state of your initial application before you can endorse
