Help Please!

since november 2007, all of my requirements on the application to california board of nursing is submitted except for my license card (because at that time, I don't have license yet) i am worried now because i email the CA brn to confirm the status of my application but there is no response,.what will i need to do? is it possible to reapply again and pay the fees AGAIN!? thank you
