what is the mean for nursing for you???

are you agree with the picture the nurses receive on the Tv (in programmes like Grey´s Anatomy, House...)

Nursing in the UK has gone through many changes over the last few years. Trusts suffering financial difficulties resulting in job losses and nurses struggling to find work especially newly qualified. Nurses roles changing with more specialised roles appearing and roles of nurse specialists and nurse practitioners. This will give you an idea on pay UK Pay rates for 2007/8

People have their own interpretation on nurses and their roles and some TV and other media just put a spin on their beliefs.
