HELP PLEASE.......band 6 interview

Hello

I'm new to this ......I have a job interview on Monday for a Band 6 post and have to do a 10 minute presentation on .....''What are the challenges of performance management as a team leader, I have no idea how or where to start. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

    Performance management you should be thinking in terms of capability, sickness, conduct for a staff perspective then your clinical performance indicators so things like pressure damage reduction, reducing hospital acquired infections, average length of stay, timely discharge.
