9 years ago my RN liscense was on probation, this probation did not involve drugs, arrest, felony conviction, I signed a prescription for a Dr. I was working for. Long story but I'll spare you. I did the mandated tasks the board required of me and after a year of probation I got my lisc. back. That ws 10 years ago, I have had my unrestricted lisc. now for the last 10 years and have been working without any problems. I just sent off my lisc. application to Colorado with the required information regarding my offense and reinstatement. Do I have any hope of getting a regular CO nursing lisc. and if so how long does it take???? IAnyone ever been in my boat, I am a safe, sane and good RN, will my moment of stupidity 10 years ago defer my CO liscence????
