Does anyone know what a factor dependent terminator is? Or a factor independent terminator? This has to do with transcription that's all I know.
Google has failed me!
Help!!

If I remember it correctly, terminators are sites on the genetic code where transcription can be stopped - and they are further classified in terms of whether or not rho factor (a special protein) is required for them to stop transcription or whether they can stop it alone.
