Help me!!!!! please!!!!!!!!

Hi I am Shane and I am a student nurse and I need help on my assignment!!! I just need a few opinons from actual Nurses who have more experience than me as I do not want to miss anything out in my assignment!!!!! So if any1 is willing to help me please shout back @ me. Thats true, but what if people who are assesssing me are reading this post, they would blatanly know it was me who is crying out for help as there are not that many male student Nurses called Shane doing a particaular assignment on a particular subject and would then point their fingers at me on campus and laugh and then proceed to give me an F. Well I guess I could be overreacting theres no harm in asking for help.. Ok basically I need help on Communication skills in Nursing.. Verbal and Non Verbal and its effectiveness while undertaking any type of care. I have already done a mountain of research on this and I am more or less ready to put pen to paper but I know there is always more to learn.. So any input would be much appreciated.
