make a list of possible questions that interviewers propably want to know and write out your answer so you won't fumble with answers and also what you want to know from them

why are you changing jobs at this time

pay expected

shift expected

patient/nurse ratio

your past experience

type of nursing that you prefer

policy on low census call off

the list can go on. be prepared with answers and with your questions

Looks like the interview is for a college program, and not a job.

I'd ask about the percentage of professors with a PhD, the length of clinicals you get in the course, and the NCLEX-RN passing percentage of the school.
