Help. I need some ways to set up my own report sheet.

I have finally landed a job at a great hospital. The staff and facility are great. Getting organized is my downfall. I need some ways to set up my own report sheet. any and all tips would be great. Dawn

I would start by asking all of the nurses on the unit to show you how they organize thiers. Then take in all of thier ideas and form your own sheet.
