Im new to this. I dont even know if im in the right forum for my question, but if anyone can help me, Id love to hear from u. Im planning on marrying a woman from the Philippines. She is already graduated her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She is NOT A BOARD PASSER. Normally, if she applied to work abroad, she would have to PASS THE NLE NURSING EXAM IN THE PHILIPPINES and also take an English Test.
However, if she is married and living in California...AND she has all her transcripts from her college in Nursing...And she applies in California to take the NCLEX, will she be denied by the Board to take the NCLEX because she does not hold her Philippines NLE licensure card????? Steve she needs to contact the BRN in CA because we have people posting both experiences of BRN accepting or denying case.
