Help!..I don't know what to do....

Hello Everybody!

Currently I'm employed as a Medical biller in a hospital full-time (4 years) and I'm also a CNA at a Veterans home on the weekends part-time and I've been a CNA for a year. I'm trying to relocate because I will be moving to Detroit and going to nursing school in Toledo in March 2012. :nurse: I've been applying for interal jobs for the hospital that I work for as a Patient Care Technician or as CNA (the hospital owns a few long-term care facilities in the city I wanna relocate to). So far I've had no luck after applying for about 3 months now. Every job that I have applied for, I have been denied or saying that its "under review with a recruiter"!!!..I'm soo disappointed because I figured since I'm already employed with the hospital and been work as a CNA with a little experience under my belt, it should be a smooth process! :crying2: The reason why I would like to stay employed with this company and just transfer is because of my health benefits for my kids, my senority and my retirement benefits etc. Should I just start applying for other hospitals in the city where I would be moving to??....or am I just being impatient and just keep applying?? :uhoh3: I know that other companies would offer benefits but I just don't want to start over since I felt like I worked my a** off and held my job for a while now. HELP!!!! Thanks in advance!
