Help me Formulate a Question out of this problem

We were tasked to jot down questions that have been in our mind from our clinical practice or discussions with colleagues. Choose questions about which we are very curious and to which we would love to answer.

I'm having a difficulty on how to make these problems to turn to questions:

1. Nursing Shortage

2. overworked and underpaid

3. pregnant and working

4. Nurse's back injuries

5. The stress of today's healthcare system policies on the health on nurses
