Help with first assignment

Does anyone have any input on PPR in Florida? I hadn't considered them but they have assignments I want in the place I want (Florida). I do SNF or Psych so assignments are not plentiful. I was planning on Trinity Titan or Core but now this came up. I just hesitate to go with a company that I have not heard anyones opinion on. Thanks

PPR is based out of my hometown in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Although they are not the travel company I am with (I'm interested in getting out of the Southeast since I've been here my whole life), I have never heard anything but great things about them. My mom actually knows one of the founders of the company and has nothing but good things to say as far as his ethics/character/the way the business is run, etc. From other travelers that have worked directly with their recruiters, I have never heard anything bad as far as pay, housing, benefits, etc. Hope this helps!

PPR is a great company, especially for the first time traveler. Lots of handholding and customer service. Great reputation. That great reputation does not include pay, which is below average. But you get great housing and service which some travelers like.

I have used PPR for travel assignments as an RN and now as a NP for the past 4 years. They are amazing!! The pay varies on the assignment. I did several last minute "emergency need" assignments, that paid very high when I was an RN. I only had one RN assignment in Fl that seemed to be a bit low paying, I know FL the state is low paying in general though. Their housing is so much better than with other companies I have traveled with. They check in frequently with you, send you care packages/gift cards, and always advocate for you. I highly recommend them.
