Help we're drowning!

Please help with any ideas. Our telemetry Unit has gotten so busy that everyone is too busy to help eachother and it has become like survival of the fittest. Can anyone suggest team building ideas??? We need help now!!!

You need more staff, it sounds like.

That's the only "team building" that will likely help.
