What are the hypotheses would one make if, a patient has anti-trypsin copd and has just had surgery for wisdom teeth removal and she rings the bell and you notice she is having difficulties breathing and is complaining of feeling nauseous and wanting to vomit? what questions would you ask the patient and what assessments would you do.
