Hello Allnurses community,
I am working on my nursing application on CAS, and wanted some input regarding the achievement section. They define award as "Awards received as a prize, such as trophies and medals". I received quite a few scholarships to study aboard and was wondering if I should list them all? Is receiving a scholarship an award? If anyone has input on this, I would appreciate it very much! Thank you!

Hello ?
Scholarships do count as awards and recognitions too ,I believe.

Yes, those do count. They show that some entity has thought you worthy of recognition and support.
Of course, it would be nice if they were for study in some subject that would be applicable to nursing school, so not sure if study abroad (you did mean that, not “aboard,” right?) would help if you got the scholarship to go to Ufizzi to study Renaissance art.
Yes, I meant study abroad! Thank you
