You sound like you feel like you are not ready. At two weeks out, you should be ready and just reviewing and practicing your relaxation techniques, tying the loose ends. If you do not feel ready at this point you might want to consider rescheduling to at least one month out. If you need three months, then schedule for three months out, or five weeks. Then buckle down and get it together! Good luck.

I'm sorry, Candy, I can't seem to locate my old codes and I'm not sure that we're allowed to share codes. Have you tried asking a classmate or asking ATI testing to resend your codes?
