HELP!!!! Asking for help!

Well, I was waiting for someone more prolific to answer this, but perhaps because it is NOC shift all across this fair land of mine(US and Canada) mosy of us are in bed. Unless this is due NOW, I'll take my time and answer when I get home, in about 7 hours. OK?
