Why don't you show us what you've done so far.
I don't have any work because I don't know how to start or even what to do
Think about what you are being asked to do: calculate a weight based heparin infusion. Yoi have been provided all of the information that you need.
Of the informtion provided, what do think you need to do first?
convert the weight first right?
Great! What is the weight on kg?
Sorry about the typos, I'm on my phone.
original is 310 to convert to kg its 141 what do I do then?
Let's think about this, you're being adked to calculalat an infusion rate, 12 units/kg/hour based on the patient's weight of 141 kg...
so 12 times 141 right then divide by 25000 then multiply 250????
Sorry, I'n flupping between apps on my phone; what did you gst for the answer?
I got 16.8
would I round to 17
