help/advice needed

hi

Ok i voluntarily withdrew from clinical after being pulled out for being unprofessional behavior. I wanted to make a claim against my instructor who wouldn't do anything to assist me. I felt the nursing staff was ignoring me and wanted my instructor to help me work better with them. At first I talked to my teacher. Then I emailed her several times since the issue was ongoing for 4 weeks. After, this I emailed the head and the president to get some assistance with the matter. After contacting the president i was pulled out for one week. The department gave me a choice of going back in. but i missed 24 hours of critical time and the term assignment and other tests. so i felt that i couldn't complete the work

Subsequently,I have taken responsibility and have been trying to rectify the situation.I have tried to show I am professional by scheduling meeting: 14 in 2 months. In addition, the college let me stay in the program to complete my courses. I finished the term with a 3.5 average in spite of the stress of this situation and a death in the family. furthermore, I have voluntarily been seeing counselling to address my professional behavior. Subsequently,my counselor has wrote me a letter of recommendation for volunteering and to be re admitted.

I also have been working on managing my stress since before this my mother passed away and i had been taking care of my brother who is sick. But, I have been working on all aspects including improving my skills by doing sims labs and assessing family members on my own.

I also have been applying for volunteer positions in the hospital to gain more experience since I have only 200 hours Also, I have taken a few courses on my own: food safe I and ofa II.I registered for HCA program in sept. I thought that would be a good way to develop experience

what are my chances of getting back in? what else can i do to improve ?

I am not sure how to help you but I am sorry for your loss......I pray for your brother to get well and your re-entrance to school. It sounds like you have done a bunch of growing in the last few months. ((HUGS))
