Hi,
I'm new to this site. Basically from India and currently based in UK. I have cleared my CGFNS in July 2004 and waiting for my English test. I got my I140 approval last month. Since I'm based in UK can I do my Embassy Interview and write my NCLEX their. I have signed contract with a Arizona based hospital for my placement.

if you are living in the UK then I would imagine that you can do your interview at the UK embassey. NCLEX can be sat anywhere it is authorised to do it so yes to sitting it in the UK

Remember that you are still covered under the retrogression, it goes by birth country only..........Yes, you can sit for the NCLEX exam in London. It is up to the discretion of the US Embassy there as to whether you can sit for your interview there. But be aware that there are going to be months and months of waiting involved for you.............
In UK I am based at Suffolk, Bury with West Suffolk Hospital (NHS) and for US I have signed with Banner Health, Pheonix, Arizona.
Thanx
