Helloooo WV RNs!

Hi guys! This is my first posting on the WV forum! I live in WV, but work in PA, so I haven't come here too much before!

Anyway...I thought I'd just say hello to all of my fellow WV RNs and a special hello to all of you downstate! I used to spend almost every weekend of my childhood in Charleston (my aunt literally lived right across the street from the capitol building) and those are some of my fondest childhood memories! I still get a little "homesick" every time I'm down there, whether it's visiting or just driving through on 77. I think we have one of the most beautiful capitol buildings, don't you? Anyone else remember how long the "condom" was on top of the capitol when Caperton was "screwing" the taxpayers to have it redone! :chuckle

Ok, well I'd love to hear from anyone! Have a good night!

Hello. I live in southern WV. Not on here as much as I used to be, work in NC, or did and am going back shortly. What is working like in PA? Where do you work? Hope you have a great weekend. And yes, I do remember all of the flack about redoing the dome in gold when Caperton was in office. He was a little different to say the least, lots of talk about him and his wife in the capitol city in those days. Funny how I have never been to Wheeling, I go south all of the time and never up north even in our state. You are right, we have a beautiful state. Too bad we are allowing it to be flattened by strip mines. But that is a long hot political issue here.
