You need to apply to NY, or which ever state for licensure first. You cannot apply directly for NCLEX exam. You have to be given permission to even be able to sit for it.

I suggest that you take a look at the International forum and read the stickies at the top of the page. It will give you all of the information that you will need.

Once NY gives you premission to sit for the exam, you need to register with Pearson-Vue at www.pearsonvue for the exam and to pay. Unless they have changed their program, you will need to pay on the site, and then will need to personally phone the center in Hong Kong to schedule.

Not sure where you are located, but I have been hearing that the exam dates are full in Hong Kong thru the end of the year. You may find dates open in either Saipan, or Seoul.
