Hello everybody:
I am very glad to be a member of this large group. My name is rebecca Liu, I am a chinese nurse who work as a staff nurse in china for 17 years. My hospital is located in the central part of China. I have been to Singapore as a nurse for two years and America as a nursing student for two months.
Now I want to get some help from you all. I am going to take NCLEX-RN test in china, but i don't know how and where to apply and where can i get the application form. I knew Hongkong was one of the site of test.
Has anyone know about it and don't mind to offer me help? I am very appreciated with it.

Try reading the "Sticky" post at the top of this forum, which has all the information you need. You need to apply to a US state for licensure, and then they will give you permission to sit the NCLEX exam. You cannot just apply for the exam, it is part of the licensing process.

hi and welcome to the group
as suggested previously read the sticky near the top of the forum title Primer, will give you all the info you need, NCLEX is part of the process and you have to apply to the BON where you want to work, would not suggest using CA as you need a SSN before they will issue you with the license (there are a couple more states that require SSN before issuing license) but you will get a letter from them confirming you meet NCLEX if you do go that route. SSN can not be applied for until you are in the USA and can prove a valid reason to be living in the USA
Good Luck
I am so appreciated with your information , I have found the info I needed. The problem is I need to have test in HongKong, but I tried my best to find the web site of HongKong's and telephone number, but it failed. Would you like to give me any clues about it? Thanks:wink2:
You can't test until you get OK to sit NCLEX from the BON where you applied. Then you need to register with pearsonvue who will email you your ATT and you can register with the Hong Kong to sit the exam.
Thanks. I really make sense of that
