hello everyone

My name is Lyndsey, i am a 3rd year student nurse, from Liverpool uk.

Just thought i would say i hello to introduce myself, never been on a Forum before but this looks very good and usefull. Hope to speak to people soon.

I had my interview for the post grad in adult nursing yesterday and it went really well I thought!

:penguin:I had to do my APl, so i've submitted that today, so hopefully i'll hear within the next week or so. It's to start on the 11th September. It's so exciting...i can't wait!

Crossing my fingers for you with news of hearing about how it all went. The waiting parts the worst, but i truly hope you get into Uni.

I had my occupational health medical due aru being unsure about my hearing. Im glad to say I passed i was in 5 minutes and the Dr forsaw no problems wohooo. I agree with you there RGN last minute problems are quite common lol. Heard many a tale about ARU :lol2:

Im now in the process of filling the bursery application forms chuckles ive messed them up once already so i post tomorrow and then it's a long wait until i start uni before we hear about out burseries.

RGN1 whereabouts are you based hope you dont mind me asking. Im doing the mental health nursing and im guessing i'll end up in clacton or colchester hehe.

Cant wait for that im really excited, countiing down the days.

It's Dundee that i would be based and starting in September. It's not long now, but just hoping i find out soon so i can hand my notice in at my current job.

I am really excited tho, but also nervous, but i'm sure this is normal.

Sure i'll know all about it when i have my medical. What's ARU? I'm still getting to know all the terminology.!!! I'm sure it's simple.
