i am familiar with iv certification requirements in co for lpn's. i would look at the fl board of nursing website for starters. here in co, we have a brief class to certify our lpns; the class is given through a lot of public and private educational resources.

i think there may be additional or special ceu requirements too. i needed those to work in ny and i believe fl had some also. i took those through spectrum, online (easy and cheap).
