I am intested in taking CNA classes as soon as possible but i do not have enough money to pay for them at this time. I would like some more information on these classes. Thank you!

hi, faded!

please link to this thread for information on how to become a cna:

http://nursingassistantcentral.homestead.com/nurseaideregistries.html - this is a state by state listing of nurse aide registries that includes addresses and phone numbers for these state registries.

http://www.cahf.org/mbr/workforce/nurseregistry.pdf - another listing of all the state nurse aide registries

most state nurse aide registries will have a website that you can get information from online. some states also list the places where you can get training; some states don't, so you will have to call their offices to get a list. you will have to contact the various training schools individually to find out when their next classes are and what, if any, the cost will be. being from ohio, i can tell you that in some areas of ohio nursing homes provide this training free--you only have to be hired on as a cna trainee. your state, however, may be different.
