I'm currently in the process of completeing my pre-req classes in order to apply to an accelerated BSN program next fall. I just finished A&PI, and now have to complete A&P2, microbiology, statistics, and developmental psychology.
I've been carefully planning the timing of all of this, and I found out I finished with a C+ in my A&P class. (the final was cumalative and really hard, i was hoping I'd finish with a B). I'm nervous that I've already screwed myself over because while other than this C+ grade I don't have any grade lower than a B from my undergrad degree, they say the minimum they accept is a C (yes, i know mine is technically above that), I'm just worried they say that and generally expect everyone to have stellar grades.
Do you think if I work my butt off in my 4 classes i have left to take to compensate for this less than great grade in A&P, I still have a chance or am i wasting my money/time??
I plan on applying to SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, NY. I appreciate your thoughts!!

I would think you'd have a chance if you ace your remaining classes, at least if the rest of your application package is compelling.
You might need to look at other programs if SUNY is too competitive. You might be able to solicit an objective assessment from them.
I certainly wouldn't give up after one mediocre grade.
