hard of hearing nurse to be

I have a question. I have been a patient care tech for years and have just applied to get into the nursing program this fall. I have for the last few years become unable to hear blood pressure and heart beat through hospital stethoscope. My question is do they make ones that help people that are hard of hearing? I quit doing manuals and always have to get someone else to do that for me and I know as a nurse I can't do this. I am not even 40 and really can't afford a hearing aid. Does anyone know a good solution for this problem?
