Hanging in there

Nursing school really is fast paced. I made it through my summer courses. I have med-surg 2, and "family centered" which was just mother baby. I loved clinical this time around. I watched a Caesarian birth, and helped deliver a few babies. My Preggo hormones got the best of me and I cried each time haha. I made my best grades this last five weeks. I got a 91 average. I am sooooo happy for these 4 weeks off from school though. I'm so exhausted and in need on some serious sleep. I did struggle A ton with Med-surg this time though. I was actually failing the class at one point, it's really hard for me to grasp all the signs and symptoms for all sorts of disorders within a five week class. I'm still trying to find the best way to study these. Other than that. I have 8 weeks of class left starting the end of August, then my 100 hours of leadership and then... GRADUATE! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Congrats! Almost at the finish line!!!!!

i always tell myself, to compensate for the part of the brain that lacks understanding, best thing i should do is to keep going, something will click, one way or another. lol it's so trying, but you are almost there, i wonder if i would totally understand how you feel when i'm there someday...

Seems like you're doing well! I cannot even imagine trying to cram all that information into a five week course.
