Had interview today for CM position

I am an RN, BSN and have been for 11 years, with experience in Home health (both in the field and in clinical management, med surg, and GI/endoscopy. I took 2 years off to be home with my kids, but am ready to go back to work now. I actually applied for a position as a home care coordinator and had an interview scheduled today for that, but they called me yesterday and said they have 2 internal candidates that are interested and will likely get the job, so they suggested I interview for their ortho case manager position. (This is in a large hospital). I was not sure about it, and not sure I am qualified, but the manager insisted I am qualified and encouraged me to interview. So, I went today for the interview and am not sure what to think. I already had been through a phone interview, and this was a panel interview with the department manager, 2 RN case managers, and the Home Care Coordinator. I spent a week preparing for this interview, but they did not ask me anything other than "tell us about yourself", and "what home health agency did you work for" and "Did you deal with insurance companies?". They basically told me about the job, what they do, when they work, where they work. It was not much of an interview and I don't really know what to think. They asked me if I had any questions, which I did, so I asked them my list of questions. Then, when I could tell it was almost over, I decided I had better start selling myself since they were not going to ask me a question that I thought was going to help, so I told them how hard working and quick to learn I am, and how I am a perfectionist/detail oriented, excited about a new challenge, etc. They said they were finishing the other interviews this week (3 or 4 other candidates I believe) and they would make their decision next week. ???? They seemed to like me, they seemed personable, approachable, etc. Any thoughts??:nurse:
