Uptodate is what our practices use. I also JNC 7 and ATP III guidelines.

Yep...JNC 7 (someday JNC 8...), American College of Clinical Endocrinologists guidelines for diabetes management, ATP III, GOLD Report 2011, the Electronic Services Selector on the USPSTF website. Griffith's 5 Minute Clinical Consult is a good one for algorithms when you're seeing something (abnormal lab/exam results) and aren't sure the next step to take. I have epocrates and Medscape on my phone so I can look up meds and interactions quickly. We have Up-to-Date available at work and I use it for things I'm pretty much seeing for the first time and am haven't heard about since school.
