Hi how did you process your license in guam? We will be stationed there this oct and i dont know how will i endorse my license from oregon to guam cause i believe they dont accept online application..thanks

Apply in Guam Regional Medical City and Guam Memorial Hospital just search their websites. Also, try FHP/take care and Guam Surgicenter.

Hello! This is the application form that I used for the endorsement. http://www.dphss.guam.gov/sites/default/files/pdf/RN%20LPN%20Renewal%20Application-09132011.pdf Just submit the following documents together with the application (don't forget your 2x2 picture you could paste it on the first page of the application, and also the notarization on page 7) For the police and court clearance, I believe you could get yours in mainland, just make sure it is dated within two months of the date of application.

For the Verification of License, it's either you use the one in the application or I think you could also do it online thru Nursys.com (I endorsed mine from Illinois to Guam and Illinois has a different way of verifying license, they don't participate in Nursys verification of license) Just double check how you could verify your license in Oregon.

Hi any news from GMH?

I'm also looking for a job as a nurse here in Guam. I tried applying in GMH but i haven't receive a call yet.. i received a call from us renal care they interviewed me and now i'm still waiting for their call on what is the next step after doing the drug testing. Anyone who has an idea on how long will it take to start working with them? Thanks :)

The background check for us renal usually takes 2-3 weeks. If your in a hurry i hear GMH process their applications pretty quick
