GTPAL question

You've answered your own question. A woman with twin boys has 2 living children.

G = Gravida = Number of pregnancies (delivered and undelivered)

T = Term deliveries (37 or more weeks)

P = Pre-term deliveries (Between 20 - 36 weeks)

A = Abortions (Number of pregnancy losses/terminations prior to 20 weeks)

L = Living (Number of living children at this time)

If your patient is now pregnant for the second time, and delivered term twins previously, she would be a G2 T2 P0 A0 L2

Living would be 2, Gravida would be 1

need help with the GTPAL calculations. If a woman has 5 year old twin boys would the number of living children be 1 or 2?????????? PLEASE HELP
