Hello, I just need some clarification on the GS for nurses. I am trying to discern whether I qualify for a GS 7 or GS 9. I have been a nurse since 1/2018 with an ADN. I've uploaded the two levels in a picture.. I understand it as you have to have two years of professional nursing experience and an ADN, to qualify a GS 7, which I have, but the GS 9 part doesn't make sense to me, maybe because I'm just not interpreting it the correct way.. I understand the GS 9 level means you need to have the two years of exp and ADN, as well as another year of nursing experience to qualify for a GS 9. Which I technically won't qualify for until next month. Please let me know if I'm interesting this correctly, and thank you in advance.
