it depends on what you want to spend. When i graduated, my aunt (who's a nurse) got me a really nice litmann stethoscope to replace my beat up one from nursing school and a small pair of gold colored bandage scissors. I was so happy for it! Another person got me one of those aluminum clipboards with the box on the bottom (around 25 in office supply stores) - i could put my report on it, put my stethoscope in it and also and forms that i often needed...

How about a diploma frame?
