Thanks Kiki!!! What requirements from our acceptance package have you completed so far?Hey Keep, I'm so happy to see that you made it through!! Congratulations, does the generic program have clinicals on Saturday also? Are they pretty good about giving you a clinical site close to your house?

Hey Tygas! I have been waiting to hear from Gwinnett Tech(which should be in the next week) before I do anything with the Georgia Perimeter package. What about you? Have you already accepted your spot? I know we have to let them know by April 30th....

I have accepted my spot but I haven't sent anything in yet. I've paid my confirmation fee and completed the survey and now I just need too take my passport photo.

Keepmovin...THANKYOU so much for giving us some insight as to what to expect. I have heard horror stories about nursing school :( I thought the nerve-racking part was waiting on being accepted, but now that I am accepted, I am worrying myself sick about what it is going to be like. Please, please keep us posted (when you have the time) so we can prepare ourselves! They suggested a book to read prior to class starting "Test Success - Test Taking Techniques for Beginning Nursing Students". Did you also read this book...does it really help? Also, I dont think the traditional track has summer semesters, so we will have a break for the summer...bless your heart, it must be difficult!

Okay...so I have a question. I am currently in Micro and it is looking like I will end up with a 'C' in the class. Does anyone know if this is acceptable or will it knock me out of the nursing program? I made an 'A' in A&P I and a 'B' in A&P II. I dont know if I need to re-take Micro this summer to be on the safe side. Please help if anyone know's GPC's policy. I have received my acceptance letter for Fall Nursing Program 2012. Thank you so much!!!

Honey please, once your in your in unless you fail the class. Your still good to go:-)

Lovleeme I bought the book brand new and never read it. PM me if you want to buy it.

keepmoving...yes I am interested, but it will not let me PM you because I just joined the site. Can you PM me with your email and I will respond? Thanks!!!

Has anyone accepted their spot yet or done any of the tasks for the program?

I did the survey and got the passport photo from CVS - that's it. Tomorrow I will go and pay my fee, and send everything in. The books are a little pricey - hope that is all we have to buy for a while! How about you?? Oh and I did buy that Test Success book they suggested that we buy. Haven't looked at it yet though.

I did the survey, paid the fee and just sent the letter couple days ago.

Do we have to buy all the books from the list they gave us? Also have you already registered for CPR?
