Gpa

This is not really a nursing question but hopefully I can find an answer. I am applying for a scholarship to go back to school and it asks for the GPA of my most current schooling. I graduated LPN school and they sent my grades but not a GPA. How would I figure my GPA. My grades for all the courses were:

85, 89. 82, 91. 86. 93. 100. 92. 90. 86.

How do I get a GPA for this. My whole averages was a 89.4 but GPA's are 4.0's and down. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What you do is assign the number 3.0 for every B you got, and the number 4.0 for every A you got. When you have the list of threes and fours, you add them and then average them. It should come out as a decimal, and from the looks of it it'll be pretty good.

You need to assign a 3 for each B and a 4 for each A. Then you need to list how many credit hours each course was worth. Add all your 3s and 4s. Add all your credit hours. Divide the number you get for your 3s and 4s by the number you get for your credit hours:nurse:
