Good RN to BSN online programs

Hello all! I'm interested in completing my BSN. Two of my coworkers have completed their BSN through Grand Canyon Univ, and have suggested I give them a call. Has anyone recently graduated from GCU? Or any other online program? I want to know pros, cons, costs, etc before I make a decision. I've briefly talked to them but would welcome other's experiences...Thanks

OP: Why Grand Canyon at $28, 300 + per year. These days most students take 4-6 years to reach graduation. That's way too much money for a nursing degree. Take a deep breath and ask yourself if a lifetime of debt peoage is really for you. Their ground school has mediocre at best graduation and retention rates. But why go the for-profit route at all. University of Phoenix as you may know is worse and they are absolutely notorious for poor student outcomes as is South University with an online grad rate of 10%. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable school. There are many that are straight forward and not playing the deceptive for-profit game. Go to (collegescorecard.edu.gov) to start to research schools with decent graduation and retention metrics. They matter and all schools are not the same.

A little research in this matter will help you avoid a lifetime of regret.

Check out some programs in your state. I live in Ohio, and several of the schools offer an online rn-bsn, and they are usually affordable. I know Ohio university is offered in several states outside of Ohio.
