Im a new NP. I worked in an ER for 7 years with an amazing physician staff. Each helped me along the way. I am leaving the ER and going into a family practice. I"m looking for a good idea for a thank you gift to give to them all. Any ideas out there???
Thanks

I would say something related to nursing... like scrubs or get a professional gift. maybe a pen set ... i dont know coming off of the top of my head... but go with a professional gift because some people are picky. google nursing equipment. or maybe a nice picture frame..

1) Edible arrangements fruit basket
2) New edition of Sanford ABX guide or Tarascon drug guide if the one they use are old editions.
3) Regal movie gift cards
Those are the top 3 that comes to my mind right now. Give something they will use or enjoy.

I was thinking maybe buying breakfast or lunch.
Coffee mugs/Starbucks coffee gift cards
Pens (although I dont like this idea.Because you know what happens to pens in the office)

I gave a practice where I did a clinical rotation a very large gift basket filled with (mostly) healthy foods such as fruits, nuts, cheeses, dark chocolotes, etc. It was far less expensive to have it made up at a local healthy grocery store - and I was able to hand-pick what I wanted inside so there was no cheap filler - than it would've been to order an Edible Arrangement for less than 1/2 the size.
It was very appreciated by the docs and office staff and they remembered me - 5 months later I ended up with my current job through contacts at that same practice.
