GGC Fall 2018

Same! My stats are:

Science GPA: 4.0

Overall GPA: 3.88

TEAS: 90%

Volunteer Hours: 59

So I'm definitely slacking in the volunteer aspect but I hope I can make it up with my GPA and TEAS

I currently go to GGC too and my stats are very similar to yours! How many volunteer hours do you have ?

A little over 200 & I'm about to shadow a cardiology nurse at CHOA

I applied for their fall 2018 program, as well as GA State and Augusta. I'm so anxious waiting to hear.

I have a 3.33 overall bc of some8 year Old Fs... But a 4.0 science GPA and a 90 teas. I've got about 150 hours but I think my volunteer verification guy might have shorted me and just wrote "over 100". I so badly want to get in and am SO nervous. I don't expect to hear anything until 1st week of April so it's going to be torture.

Are any of yall able to check application status? I have tried and it let's me log in, but where it says "application" it has a small drop down menu with no choices in it. I'm trying not to panic... Lol

GGC doesn't update you on your status like Augusta does. They email everyone on April 1st with their decision. It sucks but its way easier than panicking every time you check your status lol

I'm a current student at GGCs nursing program so if you have any questions feel free to ask me! Your status won't change until a while after you get your acceptance letter

I'm a current ggc student so I've been checking banner a lot, I just wasn't sure if it was able to check status, since the page to apply is the same one to apply to general admission, and there's a check status link. I know they send out an email 1st week of April, just wishful thinking that maybe they have some kind of status check tool. Lol

Where do you go on banner to check? I can't find it

It doesn't update on banner.... I've just been occasionally checking to see if they change my major to nursing in banner lol its just wishful thinking, but I'm taking this semester off so I've got too much time on my hands. Hahaha

At least I don't think it does. I just keep hoping maybe they'll update my major before sending me an email... Even though I know that is unlikely and really not a good strategy for them lol
