getting a job

so I am getting ready to graduate from nursing school. Is there any advice that someone could give me on how to get through these interview and how to make my reusume stand out. What are the tyoes of questions they ask in the interviews????

    *** At our hospital they are asking questions like: "describe a time when there was conflict that you resolved and explain how you did so" and "tell us about a time when you recognized a problem and solved it".

    My suggestion is that in your interview you play up your ties to the local community. Managers are looking for people who will stay after they make an investment in training you.
