Did you contact anyone at Excelsior for assistance? Both are independent challenge exam programs. If you are not a strong, motivated independent learner then you will have the same challenges with ISU that you have with EC. The only differences are the clinical components (multiple per class vs weekend challenge exam), length of time & degree (BSN vs ASN)

From ISU: http://www.indstate.edu/health/sites/health.indstate.edu/files/bnc-lpn-bs-approving-states.pdf

I just checked the GA list of approved LPN programs, and neither school is listed. You may want contact the BON to determine whether those programs are a good option for you.

They aren't LPN programs so they wouldn't be listed. GABoN doesn't regulate out of state nursing programs so they won't be listed
